Offering quick and intuitive programming, it features LED digital programmable controls for time and temperature. It also allows staff to set up to 3 baking steps per program and stores up to 99 programs for a quick and convenient baking setup.

Equipped with a patented fan design, it delivers superior airflow and conductive action to achieve superior results. Staff can choose whether to use the 10-hour timer or continuous operation for production without interruptions. When baking is done, the light flashes and the unit beeps. The double-walled glass door allows staff to have a quick view of the baking process while the door stays cool to the touch for added safety. For years of reliable use, this half size digital convection oven is made from rust-resistant and exceptionally durable stainless steel. This heavy duty convection oven has four wire shelves with 2-5/8″ space in between and accommodates up to four half-size sheet pans (sold separately).
