Engineered with an automatically reversible fan and advanced airflow design, this unit delivers even even heat distribution for ultimate cooking consistency. It has manual controls for time, temperature and humidity and includes an electro valve for a direct plumbed water connection. It also has a 60 minute timer or continuous on feature for uninterrupted baking. To inform staff when baking is done, the timer beeps at the end of the cooking cycle.

Thanks to its interior halogen light and cool-touch double glass door, staff can observe the baking process without opening door. For years of reliable use, this heavy duty countertop convection oven is made from rust resistant, exceptionally durable stainless steel.
