With an oil capacity of 35 lb., this unit allows you to fry chicken tenders, French fries, onion rings, and more. Boasting a patented Solstice burner technology, the blower-free atmospheric heating ensures fast recovery while its standing pilot light design provides a ready flame when heat is required. Thanks to its millivolt thermostat, staff can control the temperature between 200°F and 400°F.

For added safety, it has a high temperature safety limit switch that shuts off all gas flow in case the fryer temperature reaches the upper limit. This Solstice gas fryer ensures increased cooking production and an improved work environment. It includes two removable standard #14 baskets for easy cleaning. For fast draining, this unit has a full port drain valve, drain extension, and drain line clean-out rod. Made with a stainless steel front, door, and sides, this gas fryer is rust resistant, easy to wipe clean, and will withstand years of commercial use.
