Boasting twelve all stainless burners, this product uses a total of 180,000 BTU power for even heating across its heavy 1″ thick griddle plate. Thanks to its six snap action thermostat controls, you can quickly and precisely adjust the temperature between 200°F and 450°F. For easy push button ignition, this griddle has a recessed Piezo spark igniter while its embedded temperature sensors ensure faster response time and accurate surface temperatures.

Functional and exceptionally durable, this model is built with double walled and reinforced stainless steel sides, a solid panel cabinet base, and 4″ legs for excellent stability. Cleanup is easy with its extra smooth skirt finish and tapered backsplash to protect walls from splatter. This countertop gas griddle also has a front grease trough and removable grease box for quick disposal.
