This product boasts eight all stainless burners that use a total of 120,000 BTU of power for superior heating across its heavy 1″ thick griddle plate. Easy to operate, this unit features a solid state thermostatic control for precise temperature regulation between 150°F and 550°F. Thanks to its matchless ignition system, the pilot is automatically ignited when the power is turned on, improving operator safety.

Designed for years of heavy duty use, this griddle is built with a double walled and reinforced cabinet, solid panel base, and tapered backsplash to protect walls from splatter. Easy to clean and maintain, it has an extra smooth skirt finish, easily removable cabinet back, and large grease box for quick disposal.
