Equipped with four all stainless steel burners, this unit provides a total of 90,000 BTU power for superior heating performance. Easy to operate, this griddle features an electric thermostat for precise temperature regulation between 200°F and 550°F.

For added operator safety, this model boasts a gas regulator, safety pilot with flame loss shutoff, and a matchless ignition system which automatically lights the pilot when the power is turned on. Designed with convenience in mind, it has a tapered backsplash to protect walls and counters from grease splatter and extra smooth 11 gauge skirt finish for easy cleanup. To conveniently dispose used grease, it comes with a large grease box with quick lift handle.
