Equipped with solid state thermostat controls, you can quickly regulate burner settings between 150°F to 550°F.

For added operator safety, this griddle boasts a gas regulator, safety pilot with flame loss shutoff, and matchless ignition which automatically lights the pilot when the power is turned on. Perfect for high-volume food venues, this unit is built with double walled and reinforced stainless steel sides while its tapered backsplash protects walls from grease splatter. A powerful yet compact model, it is built with 4″ removable legs and a solid panel cabinet base for flush mount capability.
