Equipped with an electric snap-action stainless steel thermostat, staff can control the temperature to cook foods at the exact specifications. It features a safety pilot for added safety in the work area. Thanks to its tapered splash guard, your walls and counters are protected from oil stains and splashes. This griddle also comes with a spatula wide front grease trough, grease chute, and large 4-1/2 Qt. grease drawer for quick and convenient clean up.
