Perfect for fast-paced, high-volume food venues with limited space, this compact griddle is engineered with powerful 28,300 BTU U-shaped aluminized steel burner every 12″ of cooking surface. It delivers superior heating for cooking a variety of foods from pancakes and eggs to grilled cheese and burgers. The 1″ thick chrome plated griddle plate provides excellent heat retention and quick recovery.

Embedded with a modulating thermostat, staff can adjust temperatures from 150°F to 450°F for precise cooking. For a comfortable work zone, this griddle has a cool-to-the-touch stainless steel bullnose front for knob protection and a tapered splash guard to protect walls and counters. Easy to clean, it comes with a spatula wide grease trough, grease chute, and large grease drawer. Built for long-lasting use, this gas griddle features a stainless steel front panel and double wall aluminized steel side panels.
