Thanks to its modulating thermostatic controls, staff can conveniently adjust temperatures to meet food specifications. To protect walls from oil splatter, this gas griddle features a tapered splash guard. To ensure safety, this gas griddle includes an automatic safety pilot. For quick and convenient clean up, it comes with a spatula wide front grease trough and grease chute.
