Use the Star 624TF Star-Max Gas Griddle with Thermostatic Controls, Steel Plate 24″ for cooking burgers, pancakes, eggs, and more. Designed to deliver superior cooking performance, it is engineered with 28,300 BTU aluminized U-shaped steel burners every 12″ of cooking surface. Thanks to its 1″ thick highly polished steel griddle plate, it distributes heat evenly across the surface.

Equipped with modulating thermostatic controls, staff can adjust temperatures from 150°F to 450°F. For added convenience, it is built with a tapered splash guard that helps protect walls and counters from oil stains and splashes. For quick and convenient clean up, this griddle comes with a grease trough, grease chute, and large 4-1/2 Qt. grease drawer. For years of reliable use, this heavy duty gas countertop griddle is built with a stainless steel front panel and double wall aluminized steel side panels.
