This electric countertop griddle is made of heavy gauge stainless steel making it extremely durable while the removable grease drawer with weep hole and baffle enables the griddle to be cleaned easily. In addition, the the 3-inch-high side and rear backsplash will protect the user and surrounding areas from grease splatters while the adjustable legs will provide stability on any surface.
