It features a 1″ thick highly polished steel griddle plate that provides excellent heat retention and quick recovery. Designed to deliver outstanding cooking performance, this unit features heating elements that allow staff to control each 12″ section of the cooking surface.

Thanks to its electric snap-action thermostat, staff can adjust temperatures between 150°F to 450°F. To protect walls from oil stains and splashes, this griddle is built with a tapered splash guard. For quick and convenient clean up, it comes with a grease trough and grease drawer. For long-lasting use in busy, high-volume food venues, this electric griddle is built with a rust-resistant, exceptionally durable stainless steel base.
