The Winco 54012 Countertop Stainless Steel Pizza Oven 12″ x 3″ Opening, 120V, combines the excellent performance of a genuine pizza deck-oven with the convenience of a compact, countertop design. Built with a fully insulated stainless steel cabinet, this unit provides even heat distribution for excellent results every time.

Equipped with a 60-minute timer and an adjustable thermostat, you can easily change the temperature between 90°F and 550°F. This oven is designed with a stay-on feature that eliminates start-up time for high volume operations, and a 60-minute timer that will shut the oven off for timed products. For added convenience, it has independent top and bottom heat switches so it can work as a salamander, baker or oven. This countertop oven is designed with a 12″ x 3″ opening making it wide enough to accommodate a 12″ pizza.
