Use the Cadco XAFT-04HS-TR Bakerlux TOUCH Half Size Heavy Duty Digital Convection Oven with Side Hinged Door, 208-240V to quickly and efficiently bake products in fast-paced, commercial environments. Designed with a TOUCH operated digital programmable control, staff can easily store up to 99 programs with 12 “Quick Access” programs. For added convenience, staff can also set up to 9 baking steps each program, controlling humidity, temperature, and time.

Perfect for fast-paced commercial settings, it has a 10-hour timer or continuous operation for uninterrupted baking. When the baking cycle is done, the light flashes, the unit beeps, and the door automatically opens. For added safety, this digital convection oven has a cool-touch double wall glass door that automatically locks at the start of the baking cycle. Built for long-lasting use, this half size convection oven is made from rust resistant, exceptionally durable stainless steel. It comes with four wire shelves with 2-5/8″ space in between each shelf and accommodates up to four half-size sheet pans (sold separately).
